burns bison bass
I bought this in London, where else?.....although, in fact, it was made in Korea. Oh well! When I was a kid Burns were made in England and were undoubtedly the best made alternative to the largely unobtainable (and unattainable) Fenders and Gibsons. They were certainly different to the American guitars with their quirky styling and wiring options, but in their day Burns had many devoted admirers, me included.
Left handed Burns were extremely hard to come by in the old days and I never got a chance to get one for myself so when I found this re-issue in Peter Cooks London store I couldn't resist it.
Rob did the work and Trev took the money, and it arrived in a cardboard box without a scratch
